Terms of Return
Because beef is a perishable product, we cannot accept physical returns once an order has been picked up or delivered.
State of Product
All orders leave our ranch frozen and inspected. If you ever receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please let us know right away.
Reasons for Refund or Replacement
We will gladly review and resolve issues related to:

• Packaging concerns
• Quality issues

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before pickup as long as the order has not yet been packed. Once an order is prepared, cancellations may not be possible.
