At Wild Violet Ranch LLC, we take pride in the quality of our beef and the care that goes into every order. Because our products are perishable, we maintain clear guidelines to ensure fairness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
Perishable Goods Policy
All products leave our ranch frozen and inspected. Because beef is a perishable product, we cannot accept physical returns once an order has been picked up or delivered.
Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after pickup. We are not responsible for product issues resulting from improper storage, thawing, preparation, or freezer malfunction.
Reporting an Issue
Concerns regarding missing items, incorrect cuts, packaging damage present at pickup, or verified quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup.

Please include your name, order number, and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to assist in review.
Resolution
Approved concerns may be resolved, at our discretion, through:
• Replacement product
• Store credit toward a future purchase
• Refund to the original payment method
Refunds or credits are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to packing. Once an order has been prepared or packed, cancellations may not be possible.
Bulk beef deposits and special-order items may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
