Pickup & Fulfillment

Pickup times are scheduled through our appointment system.

While we make every effort to honor scheduled pickup times, delays may occur due to weather conditions, livestock factors, processing schedules, or other operational circumstances.

If you need to reschedule a pickup, please contact us as soon as possible.

Product Quality, Responsibility & Perishable Goods 

We take pride in offering premium, ethically raised beef products. All products are inspected prior to pick up.

Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final once an order has been picked up or delivered.

Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of products after pickup. Wild Violet Ranch LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from improper storage, thawing, preparation, or freezer malfunction.

Any concerns regarding missing items, incorrect cuts, packaging damage, or verified quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup.

All perishable product concerns are subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotions & Gift Certificates

Promotions, discounts, and gift certificates are subject to their stated terms.

Expiration dates and usage limitations will be clearly disclosed where applicable.

Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated.
